These oils are rich in herbs known for their nourishing and rejuvenating properties, helping to release tension, improve mental clarity, and enhance hair health.
Ayurvedic Facial Massage
Get your glow on with our Ayurvedic Face Lift Massage. This deeply relaxing and therapeutic facial uses a combination of ancient Ayurvedic techniques to stimulate circulation, release facial tension, and lift the skin. By focusing on the key marma points (energy centres) of the face, along with the use of herbal oils, this treatment not only promotes a youthful appearance but also restores balance to the mind and spirit.
Your skin is gently cleansed, following a short consultation to determine your dosha. Lay back and enjoy a wonderful 40 minute massage using light and firm strokes firm strokes. Hot towels are then applied to increase blood flow, finishing with a wonderful ayurvedic facial serum. We then leave you to nestle into the comfort of our cosy couch for 5 minutes; let the worries of the world fade away.

We focus on bringing you back to balance working on the body's natural energy lines, the sen lines The aim of this massage is to unblock these energy lines to promote your health and well-being.
